We carry out the full electrical installation for new build houses, from single self-builds to multi-plot developments. We work to your site programme, coordinate with the other trades, and hand over every plot fully tested and certified, with notifiable work registered through our NAPIT membership.

Do you carry out first fix and second fix?

Yes. As new build electricians we carry out first fix wiring and containment, second fix of sockets, switches, lighting and consumer units, and final testing.

Can you certify and notify the work?

Yes. As a NAPIT registered contractor we certify our work and notify Building Control, so you receive all the paperwork at handover.
