Why does my bathroom need an extractor fan?
An extractor fan removes steam and moisture before it settles on walls and ceilings, which helps prevent condensation, damp and mould. Building Regulations require mechanical extraction in bathrooms and kitchens without adequate natural ventilation.
Can you replace a noisy or broken extractor fan?
