Excellent service from start to finish! Adam came out to fix our electrical issues but went above and beyond by also resolving a couple of extra jobs that weren't discussed at no extra cost. We urgently needed a whole house test for all circuits for an EICR - Jack was immediately responsive expertly checked everything thoroughly. He also fixed a number of little electrical problems - nothing was too much trouble and he found solutions for everything. We would highly recommend and would definitely use Jack for house renovations and total rewrires going forward.
Jack was amazingly helpful and thorough. His job knowledge was excellent and his report was extensive and clearly marked out. I would fully recommend Adam Electrical Services.

Common questions about EICRs
What is an EICR?
An EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) is a periodic inspection and test of your electrics. It is often called an electrical safety certificate or landlord electrical certificate, and shows whether the installation is safe and what, if anything, needs attention.
How often do I need an electrical inspection?
Private landlords in England must have an EICR carried out at least every five years and give a copy to their tenants. For homeowners, an electrical inspection every ten years is recommended, and when buying or selling a property.
