This project took a derelict basement and turned it into a set of genuinely usable spaces: a home gym, a pilates studio, a comfortable living space and practical storage.

We carried out the complete electrical installation, with lighting designed for each space: perimeter LED cove lighting and flush ceiling lights in the gym and living area, slim vertical wall lights between the arches in the pilates studio, and suspended linear LEDs and battens in the storage areas, together with new power throughout.
